The accommodation is all on the ground floor and consists of:
Entrance Hall leading to Lounge, Kitchen and Bedrooms.

Two settees, Freeview TV, DVD, coffee and occassional table and chairs
KITCHEN/DINING
Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster etc, Freeview TV with built in DVD and I Pod docking station.
Bedroom One is twin bedded with a double robe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Two Double bed or twin bed with robe and drawer unit.
Bathroom with bath and over bath electric shower
General information
The Cottage is all electric, the cost of which is included in the hire charge as is linen and towels. Adjacent to the gable end is a drying green with poles, line and pegs. On street parking is at the front of the cottage in the small "Bowies Lane"

The Rear Hall leads to the back door opening into a small enclosed area suitable for parking bikes and houses a garden shed etc. A small passage links this area to the sea facing patio with table and chairs. At the Gable end of the cottage a double gate leads you to a bench seat where you have a panoramic view over the Moray Firth and to the Black Isle, perhaps you will see the dolphins or enjoy one of the beautiful sunsets.

To this end we ask that our Customers complete the ASSC Guest Feedback and Guest Satisfaction Survey at the end of their stay. We undertake that for every completed survey and feedback sheet we will make a donation to the Scottish Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA).
The property has been graded as 3 STAR Quality Rating by Visit Scotland and attained a Disabled Award Category 3
